Such dishes include our very own pumpkin french toast, warm sour cream muffins with locally produced jam, vanilla infused d’anjou pear bake, and locally made maple sausage. Carefully prepared artisanal dishes reflect seasonal fruits and harvests.

We are very excited about working with Lew and Marilyn Dodd at CRF. Guests have raved about all of their products, especially the maple sausage.
We are also pleased to offer locally made yogurts and jams (more on this coming soon). These are perfect companions to Autumn’s homemade granola!
In addition to our “green” products, we are committed to reducing our energy consumption and minimizing our carbon footprint. For example, we are composting all of our kitchen waste, which will be a fabulous fertilizer for our organic garden in the spring. We are also continuing to recycle as much as we possible, as well as reducing water use and energy output. We will continue to work on projects at the Inn for restoration and weatherization, to continue to improve our energy efficiency. As often as we possibly can, we will be using local, sustainable, organic products.
